We are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing property team. In this role, you will be the bridge between property owners and potential buyers or tenants. You will be responsible for building a robust client portfolio, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions. Whether you are working with residential homes, commercial spaces, or investment properties, your goal is to provide expert guidance and secure successful closings. Key Responsibilities
Client Prospecting & Acquisition: Actively seek out and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
Property Consultation: Assess client needs, budget, and lifestyle preferences to recommend suitable properties from our portfolio.
Property Showings: Conduct professional and engaging property tours, highlighting key features, neighborhood benefits, and investment potential to prospective clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on current market trends, property valuations, legal regulations, and zoning laws to provide accurate, data-backed advice to clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between parties, draft sales or lease agreements, and manage the administrative paperwork to ensure smooth and legally compliant transactions.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with past and present clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Marketing & Listing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings, including professional photography descriptions and social media promotion.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
License/Certification: Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Real Estate license/practicing certificate as required by local regulations.
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket sales roles is highly preferred, with a strong track record of closing deals.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software to manage client databases and follow-ups.
Solid understanding of real estate contracts, disclosure requirements, and legal documentation.
Ability to interpret market data and produce professional property reports.
