Key Responsibilities
Session Facilitation: Lead workshops, seminars, or interactive demonstrations, effectively managing audience engagement and ensuring all learning objectives are met.

Content Development: Adapt or create instructional materials, slide decks, and handouts that align with the event’s theme and the specific needs of the target audience.

Audience Engagement: Utilize active learning techniques to keep participants motivated, facilitate Q&A sessions, and encourage collaborative discussion among attendees.

Technical Proficiency: Operate and troubleshoot basic instructional technology, such as presentation software, projectors, and digital polling tools, to ensure a seamless delivery.

Expert Representation: Act as a subject matter expert, answering inquiries and providing guidance that enhances the professional image and credibility of the event.

Logistics Management: Coordinate with event staff to set up the learning space, ensuring proper seating, visibility of materials, and accessibility for all participants.

Assessment & Feedback: Collect participant feedback or conduct brief evaluations to measure session success and provide management with actionable insights for future programming.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or specialized professional certification; formal training experience is highly preferred.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in classroom teaching, professional training, or public speaking within a corporate or event setting.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in instructional design and the use of digital teaching platforms (e.g., interactive whiteboards, screen sharing).

Strong ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable, and engaging presentations.
