We are seeking a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Meal Service & Delivery Coordinator to manage the logistics of food and beverage distribution during our large-scale events. Key Responsibilities
Logistical Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and routing of catering deliveries, ensuring that meals, beverages, and service supplies are transported efficiently to designated event areas.

Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of all incoming and outgoing food items to ensure correct temperatures, aesthetic presentation, and adherence to menu specifications.

Service Support: Act as the primary point of contact for service staff, assisting with the setup of buffets, plated service stations, and beverage bars to ensure readiness for guest arrival.

Inventory Management: Monitor food and beverage stock levels, manage the distribution of disposables or reusable service ware, and reconcile post-event inventory to minimize waste.

Food Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous sanitation and food handling protocols, including monitoring cooling/heating times, to ensure full compliance with health department regulations.

Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to service gaps, such as misplaced orders or unexpected dietary requests, ensuring that all guests receive their meals in a timely and professional manner.

Vendor Liaison: Communicate effectively with third-party catering partners to synchronize delivery times, access points, and service expectations during high-traffic event windows.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Food Safety (e.g., ServSafe) is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in catering, large-scale food service, or logistics/delivery management.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with catering software or basic inventory tracking systems.

Proficiency in managing high-volume logistics and coordinating multi-point deliveries under time constraints.

Ability to interpret event orders, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and dietary restriction logs.
