We are seeking a highly proactive, versatile, and stress-resilient Production Assistant (PA) to support our media, film, or commercial video production team. In this role, you will be the ultimate operational backbone on and off the set, responsible for executing a wide range of administrative and manual tasks that keep the camera rolling smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Set Setup & Tear Down: Assist grid grips, camera crews, and art departments in loading, unloading, and moving heavy equipment, props, and cables across filming locations.

Communication & Walkie Management: Distribute, track, and maintain production walkie-talkies; echo director cues (e.g., "Quiet on set," "Rolling") to ensure absolute set silence during takes.

Talent & Extras Coordination: Escort lead actors, influencers, or background extras from hair, makeup, and wardrobe trailers to the shooting set precisely when called.

Script & Paperwork Distribution: Print, organize, and distribute updated call sheets, scripts, shooting schedules, and production reports to department heads and crew members.

Lockdown & Crowd Control: Manage perimeter security and lockdown points on location shoots to prevent pedestrians, noise, or unauthorized onlookers from disrupting a take.

Craft Services & Hospitality: Oversee the organization, replenishment, and tidiness of the craft services (catering) station, ensuring the crew stays hydrated and energized.

Administrative & Runner Errands: Execute rapid office administrative tasks, scan receipts, and pick up last-minute supplies, props, or hard drives from external vendors using personal or company vehicles.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or Photography is highly valued.

Experience: 0–2+ years of experience working as a set PA, office runner, or event crew member in film, television, commercial video, or live event production.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of professional set etiquette, terminology (e.g., "Picture's up," "Martini shot"), and standard 2-way radio protocols.

Proficiency in utilizing cloud-based productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and digital scheduling apps.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strictly required for running off-set logistics and purchasing props.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical stamina and endurance; capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, walking extensively, and working demanding 12+ hour shifts in various weather elements.

A highly proactive, "no task is too small" attitude with a natural ability to anticipate the crew's technical needs before they arise.

Highly reliable, early to call times, and exceptionally composed under high-pressure environments or tight shooting windows.

Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, allowing you to take complex, multi-step directions from directors or producers flawlessly.
